On dispatching your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition to you. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately at contact@gildaboutique.com.au were you will be issued with an authorisation number. All orders require an Authorisation number for the claim to be processed. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway, and subject to availability. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact.

For all other purchases (change of mind/incorrect size/fit ) please notify us of your intention to return your item within 48 hours of delivery via email at contact@gildaboutique.com.au All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. Once our team has approved the reason for return and the garment hasn’t been worn, washed, altered etc., we are able to offer an exchange in size and colour or happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. Credit Vouchers are valid for 6 Month. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a full refund.
